Agents Workspace Mobililzed

As Nawy rapidly expanded its internal ecosystem, agents relied on a growing collection of web applications to manage every stage of the sales process. CRM, inventory, leads, sales, analytics, announcements, and operational tools all existed as separate systems, forcing agents to switch between multiple browser tabs throughout the day. This fragmented workflow reduced productivity, increased context switching, and made adoption and engagement difficult to measure across the organization.
The goal was not to build another mobile application. It was to transform Nawy’s collection of internal products into a unified business workspace that agents could carry anywhere.
The initiative started by bringing the entire workspace to mobile, consolidating every critical workflow into a single application while preserving the depth and capabilities of the existing web platforms. Agents could access customer information, manage leads, browse inventory, track sales performance, receive company announcements, and monitor business metrics without returning to their laptops or navigating multiple disconnected systems.
By establishing a single entry point for the entire agent experience, the product reduced operational friction, improved accessibility for field teams, and created a measurable platform where engagement, adoption, and product success could finally be tracked holistically instead of across isolated tools.
This project laid the foundation for Nawy’s unified agent ecosystem, shifting the organization from a collection of independent products to a connected mobile-first business suite.
