Nawy’s CRM had become one of the biggest friction points in the sales journey. While it was intended to be the central hub for managing leads, clients, and sales activities, years of incremental additions resulted in a fragmented experience. Critical information was buried, workflows lacked clarity, and core functionality was difficult to discover. Even experienced agents struggled to navigate the platform, leading to frequent support requests and consistently low product adoption.

Over time, users adapted by reducing the CRM to its most basic function. Agents would search for a lead, add a comment, manually update the lead status, and leave. Many even memorized the platform’s status color coding to avoid interacting with the interface altogether. Features designed to improve sales execution, customer management, and performance tracking were largely ignored because they were difficult to understand and integrate into daily workflows.

The objective was not simply to modernize the interface, but to redefine the CRM as an operational workspace that actively supports the sales process. Every workflow was re-evaluated to surface the right information at the right time, simplify navigation, reduce cognitive load, and encourage adoption of capabilities that had previously gone unused.

The redesign transformed the CRM from a mandatory data entry tool into a product that guides agents throughout the sales lifecycle. By improving discoverability, simplifying complex workflows, and aligning the experience with how sales teams actually work, the platform became a more effective tool for both agents and sales managers. Agents could manage their pipeline more efficiently, while managers gained greater visibility into team performance, customer interactions, and sales progress through more consistent product adoption and higher quality operational data.
